Attack on Kyiv and Odesa
On the night of January 12, the Russians attacked Kyiv and Odesa. The enemy strikes resulted in the destruction of infrastructure and residential buildings, according to Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko and Odesa Regional Military Administration Head Serhiy Lysak.
A fire broke out after a UAV hit a non-residential building in the Solomyanskyi district. It has now been localized. Debris also fell near a residential building. The blast wave knocked out windows and caused a fire. All services are working on site. As of 8 a.m., there are no reports of casualties.
After the night attack on Odesa, infrastructure and residential buildings were damaged. In addition, part of the Peresypsky district is temporarily without electricity. Heating, water supply, and sewage systems are functioning normally.
An operational headquarters has been set up at the site of the attack, where residents can apply for compensation under the state program “eRestoration” and from the city budget.
