In India, floods and landslides kill at least 60 people, leave more than 200 missing

According to the authorities, at least 60 people were killed, and more than 200 are missing.
Eyewitnesses say that a powerful wave swept pilgrims into the Chenab River or buried them under the rubble.
This is the second such tragedy in the Himalayas in less than two weeks.
Rescue efforts are ongoing.
Meteorologists attribute the disaster to the cloudburst phenomenon, an intense downpour of more than 100 mm of rain per hour, typical of the monsoon season in mountainous areas.
