Weapons and 6 mining farms to be auctioned in Ukraine: how to participate

The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) announces tenders for the selection of legal entities to sell seized property, such as weapons and technical equipment. This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to the ARMA press service.
These are assets transferred to the agency for management on the basis of relevant court decisions.
Seized weapons: only for licensed persons
According to the decision of the investigating judge of the Kommunarskyi District Court of Zaporizhzhia, ARMA received 7 units of seized weapons, including civilian hunting and combat small arms, for management. The list includes:
- carbines
- a shotgun,
- a rifle,
- and a pistol.
According to the current legislation, the agency conducts a competitive selection of business entities that will be entitled to sell the property.
Important: only specialized legal entities that have all the necessary licenses and permits in accordance with Ukrainian law can buy seized weapons.
Mining farms must be in good condition
The second tender concerns the sale of mining equipment seized pursuant to a ruling of the Lychakiv District Court of Lviv.
The sale includes 6 full-fledged mining farms, which include more than 50 units of high-performance equipment, including
- graphics processing units (GPUs)
- solid-state drives (SSDs),
- power supplies,
- routers,
- motherboards,
- video recorders,
- network switches.
All equipment is in good technical condition and ready for use.

The deadline for submitting documents is July 4, 2025, at 16:00.
