Entrepreneurs who invest in the development of production in Ukraine will be able to partially offset their capital expenditures through tax payments generated by their company. This was stated by Ukrainian MP Dmytro Kysylevsky in an interview with the "Komersant Ukrainian" YouTube channel.

“If an entrepreneur has invested in production, he will be able to compensate for a share of capital investments through the taxes generated by his company as a result of its business activities,” Kysylevsky explained.

He specified the terms of compensation.

“If the investment is from one hundred thousand euros to one million euros, up to 70% of the investment can be compensated. From one million to 20 million euros – half, over 20 million euros – 30% of capital investments can be compensated through a number of taxes.

The mechanism involves the use of various tax instruments to help entrepreneurs recover part of their capital expenditures, including production equipment, land, buildings, and utilities.

These taxes are import duties on production equipment, import VAT on production equipment, income tax, and local taxes on land and real estate, if local authorities agree to apply this mechanism,” the MP added.

We would like to add that these are draft laws 13414 and 13415. In the near future, they are planned to be submitted for consideration in the session hall.
