Apartment prices have risen sharply in Ukraine: where are the most expensive

One-bedroom apartments have risen in price in most major Ukrainian cities. The biggest increase is in Rivne. Over the past 6 months, the cost of such housing here has increased by 16%, to an average of $51,500.
This is reported by the publication OBOZ. Com reports.
Prices have also increased significantly in Odesa. According to a major specialized portal, the cost of 1-room apartments there increased by 15%.
Kharkiv also experienced a significant increase – by 10%. In Kyiv, prices rose by 8%.
At the same time, it is noted that prices in two cities decreased:
- Zaporizhzhia – by 3%
- Mykolaiv – by 2%
As a reminder, according to the State Statistics Service, in the second quarter of 2025, apartment prices in Ukraine increased by 14.9% compared to the same period last year. At the same time, annual inflation reached 15.9% in June, which actually makes the increase in housing prices comparable to the
