Ukraine will try to streamline the activities of bus stations and will start with the creation of a single register

The Ministry of Communities and Territories Development and the State Service of Ukraine for Transport Safety are launching a unified register of bus stations – an electronic list that will help streamline the activities of bus stations and will be necessary when opening new bus routes. This was reported by the Ministry of Communities and Territories Development, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.
According to the report, according to the new regulation, the inclusion of a bus station in the List is a prerequisite for providing services to carriers and passengers.
The list of bus stations will be formed on an application basis and exclusively online. According to the Ministry, this greatly simplifies the process, makes it more convenient and eliminates unnecessary bureaucracy.
How to apply for inclusion in the Register?
First of all, you need to go to the website services.dsbt.gov.ua and log in via ID.GOV.UA with a qualified electronic signature. The further algorithm of actions is as follows:
– in the “Bus stations” section, click the “ADD” button;
– enter the name of the bus station, specify the address, fill in information about the characteristics of the facility, including the number of platforms and parking spaces, opening hours, availability of waiting rooms and toilets, etc;
– it is also important to enter the correct registration number of the object in the State Register of Property Rights;
– upload a document that provides for the rules of service provision and conditions, including the cost of services and the procedure for their provision;
– to send a request for inspection, click the PUBLICATION button for this bus station and wait for the inspection.

The entered data will be automatically checked through verification with other state registers. In case of errors, the owner can re-submit the correct information without any restrictions.
