Oyster vending machines appeared in Ukraine: how it works

Oyster vending machines will soon appear in public places across the country. The development of such machines has already been completed by the Chornomorka restaurant chain. The Chornomorka team boasted about it on Instagram, according to "Komersant Ukrainian".
“Here it is – the Oyster Vending Machine! The first one with sea water in the world! Two years in the making and finally ready! Now there will be even more oysters in my life) Friends, we are actively looking for places for such oyster machines – shopping centers, gas stations, restaurants, shops,”
– wrote Olga Kopylova, founder of the Chornomorka chain.

The oysters are in sea water, and will be served closed, according to Chornomorka. Therefore, they will be served with a plastic knife.
“…there are plans to put side tables with an oyster knife and video instructions on how to open an oyster next to the machine,”
– they added.
The vending machine does not yet pour prosecco into oysters, but the company said that “this is probably its next function.”
Currently, the machine has only been developed, and Chornomorka is looking for places to install it.
