A new industrial park has appeared in Ukraine

“Techno Park Voznesensk is located in Mykolaiv region and is expected to contribute to the development of industry in the south of Ukraine, Komersant ukrainskyi reports, citing the website of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine.
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has already approved the decision to include Techno Park Voznesensk in the Register of Industrial Parks.
The park will occupy an area of 19.0539 hectares in the city of Voznesensk and the village of Buzke, located in Voznesensk district of Mykolaiv region. The park will create around 1,050 new jobs in various processing industries, such as leather, building materials, mechanical engineering, as well as in the field of science and technology and information technology.

The initiating company, KULAT LLC, is reportedly planning to spend about UAH 56 million of its own funds to build the necessary infrastructure. In addition, it is planned that the residents of the industrial park will attract investments worth up to UAH 800 million for the construction of their facilities, and the management company will invest up to UAH 20 million over three years. Thanks to tax benefits, the processing industry participants will additionally contribute about UAH 9.7 million to the park’s development by 2027.
In total, 97 industrial parks have already been included in the Register of Industrial Parks in Ukraine.

The state budget for 2024 allocates UAH 1 billion for the implementation of the industrial parks development programme. Funds are provided on a non-refundable basis (50% of the estimated cost) to initiators and management companies of industrial parks for the development or construction of engineering and transport infrastructure, as well as reimbursement of 50% of the cost of connection to the power grid. Industrial parks from the de-occupied territories will be able to implement projects on an 80-20 co-financing basis.
