Warming is coming to Ukraine: weather forecast for November 7

A slight warming is coming to Ukraine. The weather on November 7 will be foggy and dry. This is reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center.
Precipitation is not expected, but in the western regions there may be fog at night and in the morning, which may reduce visibility on the roads.
The wind will be mostly northwest, with a speed of 5-10 m/s.
At night, temperatures will vary from 4° to -1° across the country. In the western regions, temperatures are expected to drop to -5°. During the day, the air will warm up to 6-11° Celsius, and in Zakarpattia and the southern regions, the thermometer will rise to 14°.
The coldest weather is forecast in the Carpathians: at night the temperature will drop to -7°, and during the day it will be between 4° and 9°.
Overall, a cool but dry day is forecast for November 7.
