Warm spring weather with no significant precipitation is expected in Ukraine on March 26. Daytime temperatures will rise to 12–17 degrees, and rain will be limited to isolated showers. This was reported by meteorologist Natalka Didenko, according to "Komersant Ukrainian"
What will the weather be like in Ukraine on March 26?
According to forecasters, most regions of Ukraine will experience true spring warmth. Daytime temperatures will be comfortable for walks and outdoor work.
As Natalka Didenko noted:
“On March 26, Ukraine will have warm, comfortable weather with a maximum air temperature of 12–17 degrees.”
The highest temperatures are traditionally forecast for the central and southern regions.
Where rain is possible
Forecasters do not predict significant precipitation. However, brief light showers are possible in some regions.
These include:
- Luhansk Oblast;
- the Carpathian foothills;
- certain areas of western Ukraine.
As the meteorologist clarified:
“Precipitation is unlikely; only in the Luhansk region and the areas surrounding the Carpathians is light rain possible.”
What will the weather be like in Kyiv
Dry and warm weather without precipitation is expected in the capital on March 26.
Air temperature:
- during the day — around 14–15 degrees;
- no significant precipitation;
- comfortable spring conditions.
According to the meteorologist:
“Dry, warm weather is expected in Kyiv with air temperatures up to 15 degrees.”
How long will the warm spell last?
Forecasters warn that the stable warm weather will not last long. As early as late March and early April, weather conditions may change.
Expect:
- an increase in precipitation;
- a gradual drop in temperature;
- unpredictable spring weather.
Natalka Didenko noted:
“In late March and early April, there will be more wet weather and less warmth.”

Forecasters remind us that meteorological spring began in Kyiv as early as March 10. This is in line with the climatic norm.
Meteorological spring begins when the average daily temperature consistently exceeds 0 degrees.
What Ukrainians should keep in mind
Despite the warm weather, forecasters advise against rushing to switch to light clothing just yet, as spring weather is traditionally changeable.
Ukrainians are advised to:
- be prepared for a possible cold snap;
- keep an eye on forecast updates;
- plan outdoor activities with weather changes in mind.
