From today – new rules for selling tickets for international trains

Ukrzaliznytsia has changed the opening time of online sales for international trains to stabilise the overloaded app. This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to the press service of UZ.
From today, 4 July, sales will start as follows:
- polish direction (Przemysl, Dorohusk, Chełm, Warsaw) – the start of sales is at 09:00, the depth is 20 days before the date of departure;
- slovak and Austrian dest inations – at 08:00, 20 days in advance;
- moldovan direction – at 08:00, depth – 30 days.
It is reported that all sales start simultaneously on the Ukrzaliznytsia website and in the app. The opening of sales for all domestic flights remains at 08:00.
“In addition, we are starting to gradually transfer ticket sales to the new website, so international tickets on the old website will become unavailable. These changes will help reduce peak loads on our systems – and thus make using your favourite app even more convenient and faster,”
