Vitkoff and Kushner concluded their meeting with the Russian delegation: what is known

12 March 05:19

On Wednesday, March 11, a Russian delegation led by Kremlin special representative Kirill Dmitriev met with a US delegation.

This was reported by US Special Envoy to the Middle East Steve Witkoff, according to "Komersant Ukrainian".

The meeting took place in the US state of Florida. Witkoff did not provide any details about the discussions, nor did he mention Ukraine in his publication.

“The parties discussed a number of issues and agreed to stay in touch,” Witkoff said.

In addition to him, the US delegation included US President’s son-in-law Jared Kushner and senior White House adviser Josh Greenbaum.

The head of the Russian side at the talks, Dmitriev, director of the Russian Direct Investment Fund, reposted Vitkoff’s post and thanked him for the “fruitful meeting.”

The day before, Vitkoff said on CNBC that Washington sees signs of a “turning point” in negotiations to end Russia’s war against Ukraine.

It should be noted that a media source in the Ukrainian delegation reported that the next round of trilateral talks between Ukraine, Russia, and the US does not yet have an exact date and venue.
