Military vacancies in November: more offers, but less interest

The only category in which the number of vacancies on the job search platform Work.ua increased in November is the category “Security, Safety,” which includes vacancies in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This is stated in the platform’s report for November, according to "Komersant Ukrainian".
Thus, there is a steady increase in the number of military units posting vacancies on the platform. In November, there were 790 of them, which is 5% more than in October. The total number of available vacancies also shows a positive trend – in November, there were 7,587, which is 8% more than in the previous month.
Analysis of popular areas shows stability in the top 5 job categories. According to the platform, the most popular positions in November were: police officer, drone operator, squad commander, platoon sergeant, communications officer, and mortar operator.

At the same time, demand for these vacancies is falling. After the October peak, November saw a 9% decrease in the number of responses.
The gender distribution of responses in November showed a slight increase in female activity: 44% of reviews were submitted by women, while 56% were submitted by men.
As reported by , the Armed Forces of Ukraine are also concerned with the issue of systemic recruitment. In particular, they plan to create recruiting units in each brigade of the Armed Forces. Recruitment is also available in the Reserve app and in Diia.
