Authorities announce forced evacuation of children from 7 settlements in Donetsk region

The Regional Commission on Technogenic and Environmental Safety and Emergencies of Donetsk Oblast has decided to evacuate children from seven settlements of the Udachna territorial community of Pokrovsk district. This was reported by the press service of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports
The commission made this decision because the military-political situation in the Pokrovsk district has deteriorated significantly, with active hostilities continuing and a real threat to the lives and health of residents, including children.
The children and their families will be evacuated by force from the territory of Udachne village, Kalynivka, Molodetske, Serhiivka, Muravka, Novomykolaivka and Novosergiivka villages.
It is specified that a total of 146 children with their parents or other legal representatives are to be evacuated.
At the meeting, the commission identified evacuation routes and transit hubs where families with children from the Udachna community will be temporarily accommodated.
