“Fire on the horizon”: Fire Point presents new FP-7 and FP-9 missiles and air defense system at MSPO-2025

The Ukrainian company Fire Point made a loud statement at the MSPO international defense exhibition in Poland, presenting two new ballistic missiles – FP-7 and FP-9 – as well as its own air defense system.
This breakthrough has become a symbol of the technological maturity of the Ukrainian defense industry, which is increasingly integrating into the European arms market. This was reported by Militarny, according to "Komersant Ukrainian".
FP-7 – operational accuracy
The FP-7 missile is designed to engage targets at medium ranges. It has a range of up to 200 km, reaches a speed of 1500 m/s and demonstrates high accuracy with a circular deviation of only 14 meters. Its payload is 150 kg and the maximum flight duration is 250 seconds. It is launched from a ground platform, making the FP-7 a flexible tool for frontline operations.
FP-9 – strategic depth
FP-9 is a strategic level missile. Its range is 855 km and its speed is 2200 m/s. It is capable of carrying a warhead weighing up to 800 kg and reaching a flight altitude of up to 70 km. With an accuracy of 20 meters, the FP-9 can effectively hit targets deep behind enemy lines, such as command posts, logistics hubs, and critical infrastructure.
New generation air defense
In addition to missiles, Fire Point announced the creation of its own air defense system. Although technical details have not yet been disclosed, the company has announced a modular architecture that will allow the system to be adapted to various combat scenarios, from protecting mobile units to guarding strategic facilities.
Context and significance
The presentation of Fire Point took place against the backdrop of growing interest of the allies in Ukrainian defense developments. MSPO-2025 became a platform where Ukraine demonstrated not only its ability to innovate but also its readiness for technological partnership with Europe. FP-7 and FP-9 are not just missiles, they are a signal that the Ukrainian defense industry is reaching a new level.
