350 Ukrainian models of the adult content service Onlyfans declared UAH 305.4 million in revenue. This was announced by the chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Finance, Taxation and Customs Policy Danylo Hetmantsev on Telegram, according to "Komersant Ukrainian".

“UAH 59 million of personal income tax and military duty have been paid. This is very important money for the country in times of war and we are grateful to the girls for their responsible position and contribution to the victory,” he wrote.

Hetmantsev also emphasized that late payment of taxes cannot be a ground for criminal prosecution if the taxes are paid.

“The fact that the girls did not pay the tax on time cannot be a ground for criminal prosecution if the taxes have been paid. Law enforcement officials share this approach. In the future, do not make mistakes,” he added.

In his commentary, Hetmantsev also touched upon the issue of criminal prosecution of content creators under Article 301 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which provides for liability for the creation and distribution of products considered pornographic.

“It seems to me that the festival of hypocrisy, when society ‘morally condemns’ with one hand and takes money for the army with the other, or when content creators are prosecuted but its users are not, should be ended,” he emphasized.

Mr. Hetmantsev emphasized the importance of honesty in society’s attitude to itself and to this problem.

“Honesty towards ourselves is what we lack today,” said the MP.

He also supported the initiative to decriminalize Article 301 of the Criminal Code and emphasized that he would insist on including the relevant draft law in the agenda of the Verkhovna Rada.

Source, "Komersant Ukrainian"has provided more details about this draft law.

Earlier, Danylo Hetmantsev, chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Finance, Taxation and Customs Policy, told the story of citizen C, who received income for creating paid content on the OnlyFans online platform but did not declare it. However, after the tax service’s work, she paid UAH 13.2 million in personal income tax and military duty.
