on 18 May, the Ministry of Defence is launching a mobile application for people liable for military service.
It will be available for download on smartphones in the App Store and Google Play Market.
“You can update your data as quickly as possible and see what information is available about you in the Oberig register,”
– the Ministry of Defence said.
Is it necessary to download the app?
“No, this is a convenience offered by the state. The mobile application is one of the ways to update the data, which must be done within 60 days from 18 May. You can personally apply to the TCC or do it remotely through the application,”
– the Ministry of Defence said.
When is the deadline for updating data?
The MoD digital team is working to launch the app on 18 May.
“Data security is important to us, so we pay special attention to this area.
You will definitely be able to update your personal data online and will not violate the requirements of the law. This should happen within 60 days from the entry into force of the amendments to the law on mobilisation, that is, by 16 July,”
– the Ministry of Defence explained.
It should be noted that the new law will come into force on 18 May.
The only exceptions are the twelfth and thirteenth paragraphs of subparagraph 2 of paragraph 8 of section I of this law, which come into force eight months after the day following the day of publication.
It should be noted that the draft law was passed in the second reading on 11 April and has already been signed by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
We would like to add that within 60 days after the law comes into force, all conscripts, persons liable for military service and reservists must update their military registration data – at the military registration and enlistment office, the ASC or through an electronic cabinet.
