The ECO MARKET supermarket chain has looked into the daily shopping carts of Kyiv residents and analyzed which products sold in their chain are most often bought in each district, according to a company release, Kommersant Ukrainian reports.
“Kyiv is not just a map with districts. It is a living organism with millions of habits, rituals, and small gastronomic worlds.
Some people start their mornings with aromatic coffee, others with cartoons and children’s porridge. Some people can’t imagine a weekend without culinary experiments, while others can’t imagine a weekend without classic buckwheat and a good piece of bread,” the company says.
Therefore, the ECO MARKET supermarket chain looked into the daily baskets of Kyiv residents and analyzed which products sold in their network are most often bought in each district. Based on the results of the study, the chain presented a “delicious gastronomic map of Kyiv”.
Obolon district – traditional breakfast and “something to go with beer”
Obolon is about confidence in tastes. People here buy a lot of Yasensvit eggs, Yagotynske milk, and the well-known Oleina, all of which are essential for home breakfasts and easy cooking.
