OLX Work has analyzed the list of jobs that receive the most responses from users, the salaries offered, and how this list has changed since last year, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports
OLX Job analytics shows that in 2025, the most responses are from jobs related to texts, communication, and online services. Despite the average level of salaries, users respond to these positions most actively.
As of June 2025, the list of the top 5 job offers with the most user responses per vacancy is as follows:
- Copywriter: 93 responses per 1 vacancy with a median salary of UAH 12.5 thousand
- Supervisor: 61 reviews on average per 1 vacancy, with a median salary of 34.9 thousand UAH
- Chat operator: 42 responses per 1 job offer, median salary of 27 thousand UAH
- Manager: 37 responses to 1 job offer, the median salary is 22.5 thousand UAH
- Content manager: 35 responses per 1 job offer, the median salary is 15 thousand UAH.
Other popular jobs among Ukrainians are:
- promoter (31 responses per 1 offer, 7,750 – the median salary)
- packer (28 responses per 1 offer, 20,000 – the median salary),
- online store manager (25 responses per offer, 22,500 – the median salary)
- customer service manager (21 responses per offer, 22,500 – the median salary).
Compared to the previous year, the list of vacancies that receive the highest number of responses per job posting has changed slightly. Last year’s top job was a copywriter, but the number of responses per job offer was lower – 76 (this year – 93). The second place went to an online store manager, where the competition was much higher – 73 responses per 1 ad (this year – 25). The third place went to a chat operator: 35 responses per 1 offer (this year – 42)
Interestingly, last year’s top jobs also included computer operator (29 responses per job) and content creation-related jobs: content manager (26 responses per job) and SMM manager (21 responses per job).
In general, there is a trend: the greatest competition is in areas that are often associated with freelancing, remote work, or low barriers to entry.
