What the fall will be like: Hydrometeorological Center gave a forecast for September

Forecasters expect the average monthly temperature in Ukraine to be 13-18 degrees in September. These figures are close to normal. This is reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center.
“In September, the average monthly temperature is expected to be 13-18°, in the Carpathians 11-12°. Monthly precipitation is expected to be 37-76 mm, 74-106 mm in the Carpathians, which is within the range (80-120%) of the norm,” meteorologists predicted.
Typically, in September, the average monthly temperature is 13-17°, sometimes 18-20° in the southern part, and 9-15° in the mountainous areas.
The average monthly rainfall is 37-74 mm, in the southern part locally 28-36 mm, in Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Zakarpattia regions in some places 77-108 mm, and in the highlands of the Carpathians 126-130 mm.
