This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian", citing a Facebook post by meteorologist Natalka Didenko and the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center.

“The new week will be cooler. The air temperature will gradually drop and will be 5-10 degrees Celsius during the day. Precipitation will begin on Wednesday. It will be intermittent,” Didenko reported.
Tomorrow will still be warmer, with daytime temperatures expected to reach 9-13 degrees Celsius.
It will get colder later on, but within the normal range for March.
According to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, variable cloudiness without precipitation is expected tomorrow.
The wind will be predominantly easterly, 5-10 m/s.
Temperatures at night will range from 2°C to -3°C, and during the day from 8-13°C, with 13-18°C in the far west of the country.
