What will the weather be like in Ukraine on March 2: weather forecast

The beginning of the working week will not bring any drastic changes in the weather. Most regions will be dry, but some areas may see light precipitation.

This was reported by well-known weather forecaster Natalka Didenko on her Facebook page, according to "Komersant Ukrainian".

According to her, on Monday, March 2, Ukraine will have calm spring weather. No significant precipitation is expected, except for the western regions and Vinnytsia, where light rain is possible.

Temperature conditions by region

Daytime air temperatures will vary depending on the part of the country:

  • South: it will be the warmest — thermometers will rise to 9–13°C.
  • East: temperatures are expected to reach around 6°C in the Kharkiv region, 7°C in the Luhansk region, and 10°C in the Donetsk region.
  • Center: comfortable temperatures of 6–10°C are forecast for the central regions.
  • West: it will be slightly cooler here compared to previous days, with temperatures expected to reach 4–9°C.
  • North: the coldest region on Monday, with temperatures staying between 3 and 6°C.

At night, temperatures across Ukraine are expected to range from 2 degrees below zero to 2 degrees above zero.

Weather in Kyiv

The week will start without precipitation in the capital. At night, the temperature will hover around zero, and during the day on March 2, temperatures in Kyiv are expected to reach 5°C.

“A modest, pleasant spring,” Natalka Didenko summed up her forecast.
