What will the weather be like in Ukraine on February 2: weather forecast

On Monday, February 2, Ukraine will continue to experience dry but extremely cold weather with severe nighttime frosts. In a number of regions, temperatures will drop to -27…-30°, and dangerous icy conditions are expected on the roads.
This was reported by the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, according to "Komersant Ukrainian".
Weather forecast for February 2
According to weather forecasters, no precipitation is expected in Ukraine on Sunday, February 2, but cold air masses will cover almost the entire country. At night, the air temperature will range from -18 to -23°, and in the northern regions and Kharkiv region, frosts will reach -22…-27°, in some places – up to -30°.
During the day, the thermometers will rise slightly, to –13…–18°. It will be warmest in the south and southeast: at night –12…–17°, during the day –6…–11°. Relatively mild weather is forecast for Crimea and Zakarpattia: –3 to –8° at night and –0 to –5° during the day.
Due to low temperatures and lack of precipitation, icy conditions will form on the roads in some places, complicating traffic and pedestrian movement. The north and northeast wind, 5–10 m/s, will intensify the feeling of cold. Meteorologists urge drivers to be especially careful and citizens to dress warmly and avoid prolonged stays outdoors.
