Yana Hlynyanska: investors and developers’ interest in Bukovel is growing compared to 2022

Bukovel remains a premium tourist destination, but requires a strategic approach to development. This was stated by Yana Hlynianska, Director of Investment and Development at Maestro Hotel Management, during the business discussion “Bukovel as an investment magnet: has the last train left the station?” by
According to Yana Hlynianska, investors’ and developers’ interest in Bukovel is growing compared to 2022, and this trend will continue.
She emphasized that the market has become more stable, and developers are increasingly attracting professional managers to create high-quality and conceptual hotel and tourism products.
“If earlier investors were satisfied with just a bed and a spa area, today projects are becoming more conceptual, with business plans, income guarantees, and a unique story,” she explained.
However, as Hlynianska noted, not all projects are of equal quality. Sometimes they harm the resort’s reputation, so it is important to determine the true purpose of development:
- whether to build to simply sell square meters or to create a long-term quality product that is interesting to tourists and profitable for all parties.

Maestro Hotel Management manages a small number of facilities in Bukovel (this is the company’s policy), carefully selecting each of them. Currently, all these projects in the region are 4-5 star hotels. Another project that Maestro Hotel Management is managing is the new Forrest Resort & SPA, which will become an international-level apart-hotel with an area of more than 42 thousand square meters.
