EU to expand list of sanctions against Russia

The European Union is planning to add 120 more tankers to its sanctions lists as part of the 19th package of sanctions against the Russian Federation. This is reported by the EUobserver portal with reference to the relevant documents, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.
These are tankers of the so-called Russian “shadow fleet”. This will bring the number of sanctioned ships to 568, the article says.
It is noted that these are the tankers Adonia, Apate, Apus, Aquilla II, Bolu, Briont, Ethera, Everdine, Leona, Manaslu, Myra, Nemrut, Omni (now called Evali), Samos, Tagor and Tassos.
