Since the beginning of the year, the budget has received more than UAH 1 trillion in taxes and fees

In the first 10 months of 2025, the general fund of the state budget of Ukraine received UAH 1026 trillion in taxes and fees controlled by the State Tax Service. This is UAH 195.2 billion more than last year. The plan is fulfilled by 107.7%.
This was reported by acting Head of the State Tax Service Lesya Karnaukh on her Facebook page, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.
“Daily attacks by the enemy and the destruction of the tax base have a significant impact on budget revenues. We are jointly making every effort to ensure the financial stability of the state. It is extremely difficult for business. It is extremely difficult to create added value and pay VAT, produce excisable goods, ensure profitability, and meet tax obligations. I am grateful to every taxpayer who continues to work and pay taxes despite the challenges,” added Lesia Karnaukh.
The October plan was fulfilled by 102.2%. The budget received UAH 76.3 billion.
Revenues from taxes and fees controlled by the State Tax Service:
– Personal income tax – UAH 32.1 billion
– Corporate income tax – UAH 4.6 billion
– VAT including refunds – UAH 24.2 billion
– Excise tax – UAH 10.8 billion
– Rent – UAH 3.6 billion
– Other revenues – UAH 1.0 billion
As a reminder, the National Bank of Ukraine has taken the initiative to introduce taxation for international parcels worth up to €150, which are currently not taxed.
