The 29th bridge has already been rebuilt in Ukraine with the help of UNITED24

The bridge over the Ingulets River in Mykolaiv region has become the 29th bridge rebuilt with the assistance of the UNITED24 platform. This was announced by the Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.
He explained that this is a bridge over the Ingulets River in the Bashtanka district of Mykolaiv region, which was destroyed by the Russians in November 2022.
“Thanks to UNITED24’s partner, AWT Bavaria, the bridge is back in operation. I am grateful to everyone who donated, you are returning peaceful life to every corner of Ukraine,” emphasized Mykhailo Fedorov.
The rebuilt bridge is important for the local community
The reconstructed bridge over the Ingulets River connects Mykolaiv and Kherson regions. It is located in the Snihuriv community. According to Vitaliy Kim, head of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration, this bridge is an important logistics artery. Medical, school, and passenger vehicles use the new concrete bridge.
The official recalls that in January 2023, a temporary wooden bridge was opened at this location. In June of the same year, all bridges in the Snihuriv community were flooded due to the explosion of the Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant.
“And then it was the first bridge that was built after the de-occupation of Snihuriv district. In the summer of 2024, we decided to build a permanent concrete bridge for the community, not a temporary one,” says Vitaliy Kim.
The head of the State Special Transport Service said that the length of the bridge is 54 meters and the width of the roadway is eight meters. Construction began in late August 2024, and the crossing was opened in December.
The bridge was built thanks to the financial support of the donor of the state platform United24, in cooperation with the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration and the military personnel of the bridge repair units of the State Special Transport Service.

In total, the platform has already raised more than $763,550,000.
