In the first months of 2024, UAH 4.7 million was spent on renting housing for “servants”

In the first four months of 2024, UAH 4.7m was spent from the state budget to compensate for the rent of housing for MPs from the Servant of the People faction. And in 2022 and 2023, UAH 20 million each was spent on the same needs of representatives of the ruling party. The corresponding data was made public by the movement “Honestly”, reports Komersant ukrainskyi .

For 4 months of 2024, in addition to the “servants of the people” compensation for the cost of rent received deputies “Golos”. We are talking in general about 353 thousand UAH .

Another 270 thousand UAH was spent to cover the rental costs of the deputies of ” Eurosolidarity” . A similar amount was received by MPs from the group “Trust”. Representatives of the group “For Maybutne” received UAH 234 thousand in compensation for the first 4 months of the current year, and the group “Vidnovleniya Ukraina” (formerly banned OPZZh) – UAH 177 thousand. Another part of the former OPZZhZhZhZhM received 59 thousand UAH.

The least amount of compensation from the budget of Ukraine for rent of housing was paid to the MPs from Batkivshchyna – 20 thousand UAH.

In total, during the full-scale invasion, UAH 64.5 million was spent from the Ukrainian state budget on parliamentary housing in Kyiv.

As Komersant ukrainskyi wrote , Daniil Hetmantsev’s deputy in the parliamentary tax committee, Yaroslav Zheleznyak, according to his declaration, lives simultaneously in two flats in the capital, one of which is rented.
