“Licence” withdrawn at TCC’s request: how to return driving licence

In order to return a driver’s licence that was withdrawn at the request of the MCC due to draft evasion, you need to come to the MCC to update your data. This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" reports with reference to the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine.
The ministry explained that the mobilisation process provides for the seizure of vehicles. But if it is the only vehicle of a citizen, it is not subject to seizure.
In case of failure to perform duties by a person liable for military service, the TCC and JV may file a lawsuit with the court regarding the temporary restriction of the right of Ukrainian citizens to drive a vehicle during mobilisation. Court decisions in such cases are subject to immediate enforcement.
In order to get his/her driver’s licence back, a citizen needs to come to the recruitment centre to update his/her credentials. At the recruitment centre, the man (in case of deferment or de-registration) will be provided with a relevant document, which he will need to take to the executive service to close the case and return the driver’s licence.
