Total revenue of the Top 30 Ukrainian IT companies decreased by 6% in 2023

The team of the IT and Telecom sector of the Better Regulation Delivery Office analysed the financial statements of the 30 largest companies in the IT industry in terms of revenue.

According to the State Statistics Service, the total revenue of the Top 30 IT companies in 2023 decreased by 6% (USD 145 million). This, according to the report, is due to a decrease in demand for IT services, the opening of offices outside Ukraine and, accordingly, the outflow of specialists abroad, as well as the redistribution of companies’ business between several legal entities. The top five service companies by revenue were EPAM Systems, GlobalLogic, EPAM Digital, Luxoft and Intellias, and the top five product companies were Fintech band, Playtika, Playtech, Prom and UPC.
Fintech band, EPAM Systems, and GlobalLogic demonstrate the highest net profit, generating 47% of the net profit of the Top 30.

According to the report of the Better Regulation Delivery Office, in 2023, the ranked IT companies paid USD 53 million in income tax to the budget. USD of income tax to the budget, which is 12.5% less than in 2022.
