“Iron Range” will facilitate effective testing of new weapons models

The Ministry of Strategic Industries of Ukraine, the Innovation Directorate of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and the Center for Scaling Technology Solutions, together with Brave1, presented the Iron Range web portal. This was reported by the Government portal, "Komersant Ukrainian" informs.
“The Iron Range should become an accessible and understandable platform that will provide fast and efficient testing of new weapons.
This is an electronic service where arms manufacturers can register, get their own electronic cabinet and use it to apply for testing their own developments at a real test site and track their status by filling out a form on the website. This digital solution eliminates a number of bureaucratic procedures and will allow manufacturers to test their promising designs faster.
“War is a constant competition with the enemy for superiority in weapons, technology, and innovation. We need to minimize the time from the idea of a new weapon to its arrival at the front. That is why we have developed the Iron Range service. This is a military innovation that will save the lives of our soldiers,” said Colonel Andriy Lebedenko, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
According to Captain Valeriy Churkin, Head of the Center for Scaling Technological Solutions, the Iron Range service should become a single window of access to testing for Ukrainian weapons and equipment manufacturers.
