Caused UAH 300 thousand in losses: director of a company in Brovary is suspected

The director of a municipal enterprise in Brovary has been served with a notice of suspicion that he caused UAH 300,000 in damage to the state by purchasing asphalt mix. This is reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to a message on the Telegram channel of the Kyiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office.

According to the investigation, the company entered into an agreement with a company to purchase 200 tons of asphalt mix at inflated prices.

Based on the contract, the utility transferred budget funds to the company’s account.

According to the conclusions of the expert examinations, the amount of damages caused is over UAH 300 thousand.

Currently, the pre-trial investigation is being conducted by investigators of the Brovary Department of the Kyiv Region Police under the operational support of the Brovary District Department of the SBU Main Directorate in Kyiv and Kyiv Region.
