Kyivstar outage: when will the connection problem be solved?

Users of Kyivstar mobile communications operator have been complaining about the outage. Some of them have no mobile connection at all. Kyivstar has confirmed the technical failure and promised to solve the problem in the next 30 minutes. This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to the company’s Twitter account .
Users write that it is impossible to make a call because there is no mobile connection. Such problems have been observed in Kharkiv region, Cherkasy, Kryvyi Rih, Chernihiv and the region, Zaporizhzhia, Kirovohrad region, etc.
“Today there was a technical failure in the operation of some Kyivstar services. Our experts have already identified the problem and are working to eliminate the consequences,” the statement said.
In particular, the company notes that there may still be some communication difficulties in the eastern and northern regions of Ukraine.
“But they will be resolved within 30 minutes. Thank you for your patience and understanding,” the press service added.
