Zelenskyy is ready to unveil the Victory Plan: when will it happen?

on 16 October, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy will publicly present Ukraine’s Victory Plan during a speech in the Verkhovna Rada. Advisor to the Head of the Presidential Office Serhiy Leshchenko announced this on his Telegram channel, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.
“Obviously, there is only one reason for this event (the president’s speech in the Verkhovna Rada – ed.) – it is the public presentation of the Victory Plan,” Leshchenko wrote.
Ukraine’s ambassador to Germany, Oleksiy Makeyev, also said that the Victory Plan would be made public in the near future.
“The first details of Ukraine’s victory plan will be published in the coming days,” Makeev said.
According to the diplomat, the plan covers several important areas aimed at ending the war in favour of Ukraine.
