Zelenskyy presented the details of the Victory Plan to Emmanuel Macron. They discussed its individual points and agreed to work on the Plan together with allies in the near future.
“I shared our Victory Plan and the situation on the battlefield. We need support before the winter. And I thank you for everything you have done for us,” the President of Ukraine added.
During the meeting, the parties discussed in detail the implementation of the Peace Formula and efforts to bring about a just peace.

A special focus of the talks was joint arms production in Ukraine and co-production. The Ukrainian side proposed to expand such cooperation. Work on this will take place at the level of defence ministers.
Zelenskyy thanked Emmanuel Macron for supporting Ukraine’s work with partners and France for military assistance, training of the Ukrainian Anna Kyivska Brigade, training of pilots and mechanics, and noted the decision to supply Mirage 2000 fighter jets.
Other topics discussed at the meeting included the return of Ukrainian children deported by Russia and the speedy implementation of the G7 leaders’ agreement on $50 billion for Ukraine.

Earlier, Zelenskyy said that the Victory Plan is designed to strengthen Ukraine, and one of its points includes Ukraine’s accession to NATO and future membership.
Earlier, Zelenskyy met with US President Joe Biden at the White House. He spoke about his presentation of a victory plan to Biden. The leaders coordinated their positions on the initiative, and now the next steps are being prepared for its implementation.
Kommersant Ukrainian has been looking into what the secret document actually contains and whether it will be presented to the aggressor country.
The President’s Office noted that some of the positions in the Victory Plan are “sensitive” and therefore need to be kept secret.
