Zelensky appointed head of Khmelnytsky RSA: what is known about Tyurin

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has signed a decree appointing Serhiy Tyurin as head of the Khmelnytsky Regional State Administration. The relevant decree, No. 268/2024, was published on the President’s website, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports
Sergiy Tyurin has been the first deputy to the former head of the Khmelnytsky Regional State Administration, Serhiy Gamaliy, since December 2020. After Gamaliy’s dismissal in March 2023, he acted as the head of the Khmelnytsky Regional State Administration.

– the document says.
Previously, Serhiy Gamaliy was the head of the Khmelnytsky Regional State Administration. He was dismissed from his post in March 2023.
What is known about Sergey Tyurin
Serhiy Tyurin was born on 19 May 1977.
In 2001, he graduated from the Khmelnytsky Institute of Regional Management and Law. While still studying, in 2000, Tyurin started working as a lawyer at M-Invest, a private small business in Khmelnytsky.
In 2004, Tyurin began practising law. He specialised in litigation, corporate dispute resolution, and defence of business executives and owners against criminal prosecution.
In 2009 and 2011, he was twice elected to the Board of the Ukrainian Bar Association (UBA).
According to the YouControl analytical system, Sergii Tyurin is one of the founders of S.T. Partners Law Firm, a Kyiv-based law firm established in 2018. Its core business is advising on commercial and management issues.
Since 2018, Mr Tyurin has been the founder and managing director of S.T. Partners, a Kyiv-based law firm whose main activity is in the field of law.
He is also the managing partner of INSTATE GROUP, the founder of a modern educational platform for gaining legal knowledge.
In 2021, he became the first deputy head of the Khmelnytsky Regional State Administration, and on 16 March 2023, he became the acting head of the Khmelnytsky Regional State Administration.
on 16 February this year, the Cabinet of Ministers approved the appointment of Sergiy Tyurin as the Head of Khmelnytsky Regional State Administration.
