Zelensky appointed interim head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has appointed an interim acting head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration. This is stated in a decree published on the website of the head of state, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.
According to the document, Myroslav Zoltanovych Biletsky was appointed to the post.
“To temporarily entrust the duties of the head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration to Myroslav Zoltanovych Biletsky,” the document says.
It should be noted that on 8 September, Zelensky dismissed Viktor Mykyta from the post of head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration.
On the same day, the head of state appointed him deputy head of the Presidential Office.
What is known about Myroslav Biletskyi
Biletskyi is 48 years old. He is a member of the Transcarpathian Regional Council of the VI, VII and VIII convocations.
Myroslav Biletskyi graduated from Lviv Polytechnic National University with a degree in Business Economics and a qualification as a mechanical engineer.
He was a candidate for the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the IX convocation in the 2019 snap elections from the Ukrainian Groysman Strategy political party under No. 16 on the party list.
Since 2021, Biletskyi has held the position of First Deputy Head of the Zakarpattia Regional State Administration and was a member of the Regional Council’s Standing Committee on Budget.
