Zelenskyy revealed one of the points of the Victory Plan

The Victory Plan is designed to strengthen Ukraine, and one of its points is Ukraine’s accession to NATO and future membership. This was stated by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy during his speech at the Ukraine – Southeast Europe Summit, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports
“The first point of the Plan focuses on whether the problem of geopolitical uncertainty in Europe will be resolved. Does Ukraine have a place in NATO? If so, and this is properly confirmed, Putin will lose geopolitically,” the statement said.
Zelenskyy added that Ukraine’s membership in NATO would be one of the steps to peace.
“Your countries and people are as interested in this outcome as we are. That is why inviting Ukraine to NATO and future membership for Ukraine would be real steps towards peace. Without geopolitical certainty, peace is impossible. So I thank all those who are truly determined today,” the President said.
Earlier, Zelenskyy met with US President Joe Biden at the White House. He spoke about Biden’s presentation of the victory plan. The leaders coordinated their positions on the initiative, and now the next steps are being prepared for its implementation.

The President’s Office noted that some of the positions in the Victory Plan are “sensitive” and therefore need to be kept secret.
