Zelensky imposed sanctions against 86 legal entities and 7 individuals

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has enacted a decision of the National Security and Defence Council (NSDC) to impose personal sanctions against 86 legal entities, as well as seven individuals, among whom there are citizens of foreign states.

According to the annexes to the decision of the National Security and Defence Council, 73 of the 86 legal entities against which sanctions have been imposed have registration in the government-controlled territory of Ukraine, two more – in the temporarily seized Mariupol of the Donetsk region, three – in occupied Sevastopol. The other legal entities are located in the Russian Federation and China.
Restrictive measures against the mentioned legal entities were imposed for three and ten years.
Sanctions for three years were imposed against six individuals: Vadim Alperin, Oleksandr Yerimitsyuts, Yuriy Kushnir, Orest Adamcho, Victor Sherman and Andrei Popov.
Vadim Alperin’s assets were blocked for three years , prohibited to conduct any trade operations, to withdraw capital outside the country, to participate in privatisation, etc.
Restrictive measures for 10 years were introduced against Araik Amirkhanyan, who, according to the data of “Mirotvorets”, “is involved in raiding, organising illegal transfers across the state border, money laundering with subsequent withdrawal to Russia and Crimea”.
