Oleksandr Zinchenko, the star of the Ukrainian national team and defender of London’s Arsenal, has decided to leave the restaurant business in Kyiv. His INCH restaurant, which operated in the center of the capital, is up for sale for $2.5 million. This was reported by Keys Real Estate agency, which posted the announcement on its Instagram page, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports

“An institution with history, reputation and regular guests. Equipped kitchen, designer interior, favorable location. A ready-made business with a profit,” the ad says.

According to realtors, the restaurant is worth about UAH 104 million.

The restaurant started operating only in June 2024, but in July 2025 it became known that it was being closed.

The restaurant posted an emotional farewell to its guests on social media:

“We were never just about sports. We were about feelings, evenings with drive, and cozy conversations. We say thank you for every day, broadcast, evening and choice to be with us. Today INCH puts its story on hold. We don’t know if there will be a continuation, but we know for sure that this chapter was real and important,” the institution said in an official statement.

No official comments have been made on the reasons for the decision, but it is clear that the business has not met the owners’ expectations.

Zinchenko opened the restaurant with his wife, TV presenter Vlada Sedan.

Social media discusses that the restaurant was stylish, with an aesthetic interior and modern cuisine, but operated in difficult conditions – the unstable economy, energy restrictions and security situation may have played a role.

While Kyiv is looking for a new owner for this space, Oleksandr Zinchenko is preparing for the new football season in the English Premier League. Last season, the footballer played 23 matches for Arsenal, scored 1 goal and made 1 assist. His contract with the London club is valid until June 30, 2026.
