The details of the “victory plan” that President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy is presenting to Ukraine’s foreign partners these days have been published online. The details, citing its own sources, were published by the British newspaper The Times, reports "Komersant Ukrainian"

The publication wrote about 4 points of the “victory plan” from the Ukrainian Supreme Commander-in-Chief:

  • Security guarantees from Western countries for Ukraine, similar to a mutual defence pact, as in the case of NATO membership.
  • Continuation of offensive operations in the Russian Kursk region, which will allow Ukraine to have an advantage during negotiations.
  • Request for modern weapons that will be necessary for further struggle.
  • International financial assistance to rebuild the Ukrainian economy, which has been devastated by the war.

It is known that Zelenskyy is already in the United States, where he is scheduled to address the UN General Assembly on 25 September. By then, the Ukrainian president is going to present his victory plan to US President Joe Biden and his Vice President Kamala Harris, opposition presidential candidate Donald Trump, and the US Congress. Zelenskyy will also present the plan to all key partners. Only then will he share it with the Ukrainian people.

The day before, Zelenskyy said that the plan would be made public so that Russia would also be familiar with it.

The President of Ukraine considers his plan for victory to be “plan A”, as Ukraine is currently moving towards “plan B”, when support from partners is not enough to win.

According to Bloomberg, Zelenskyy’s victory plan includes points on invitation to NATO and EU membership.
