Changes in gas prices for households are within the Government’s authority, — Petrenko

Ukraine has a moratorium on raising gas prices for households, which guarantees the stability of tariffs. This was stated by Artem Petrenko, Executive Director of the Association of Gas Producers of Ukraine, in an interview with the YouTube channel "Komersant Ukrainian".

Any changes in gas prices for households are the responsibility of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. As of today, there is a moratorium in place, prices have not been raised, and we have not heard any news or statements that these prices will change,” Petrenko emphasized.

“For business and industry, prices remain stable: about $400-500 per thousand cubic meters of gas,” he added.
