Destroyed houses and fires after missile strike on Mykolaiv: horrific footage from the scene

Russian occupants launched a missile attack on Mykolaiv on the night before 15 October. One person was killed and 16 others were injured, fires broke out, and infrastructure, a restaurant complex, residential buildings, and cars were damaged. This was reported by the head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration Vitaliy Kim on his Telegram channel, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.
“Around 02:30, the enemy attacked the city, first with S-300 missiles. An infrastructure facility, a restaurant complex, trade pavilions, residential buildings and cars were damaged. Fires broke out, and firefighting operations are underway,” the official said.
He added that the shelling killed a woman and injured 16 other people.
Kim also said that on the night of 15 October, air defence destroyed three “shahids” in Mykolaiv region.
The State Emergency Service reported that an infrastructure facility, private houses and cars were damaged in a residential area of Mykolaiv.
The shelling caused fires, which have been extinguished. One fire covered an area of 400 square metres, while the other was smaller – 30 square metres.
In another area, a restaurant complex and trade pavilions caught fire. The fire was contained on an area of 1400 square metres.
Firefighting operations are underway.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs reported that the fires in Mykolaiv were extinguished after a nighttime shelling. Law enforcement officers are recording the consequences of the enemy attack.
