Ukrainian Armed Forces to receive a new aid package: US provides details

The United States will provide new military aid packages for Ukraine in the coming days. This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" reports with reference to the a statement byof the US National Security Council ‘s Strategic Communications Coordinator John Kirby.

“The United States will announce new military assistance packages in the coming days,” Kirby said.

However, the US official did not disclose any details about what kind of weapons the Ukrainian military will receive.

Kirby also said that the shortage of weapons and ammunition makes it impossible for the Ukrainian Armed Forces to conduct large-scale offensives for at least six months. Another complication is that some of the ammunition needed by the Ukrainian Armed Forces is no longer produced in the United States.
