Ukrainian Armed Forces liberate 5 villages from occupants in Dnipropetrovs’k region

Ukrainian defenders reported that they had de-occupied five villages in the Dnipropetrovs’k region in about 100 days. The main part of the operation took place in the fall. This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to the 225th separate assault regiment on Telegram.
“Five liberated villages in the Dnipro region. The operation to liberate the settlements lasted more than 100 days in the fall of 2025 with the support of the soldiers of the 20th Army Corps,” the regiment’s soldiers said.
Thanks to the actions of the defenders, the following settlements returned to Ukrainian control:
- Orestopil;
- Sosnivka
- Harke;
- Vorone;
- Novoselivka.
The regiment also clarified that the soldiers of the 3rd Assault Battalion of the 225th Separate Mechanized Brigade were in position and conducting counterattacks all this time.
This is a unique case when a unit held its positions and advanced for more than 100 days.
All the defenders who participated in the operation have been nominated for state awards.
