2 million bags of flour and modernization. Alviva Group reports on the achievements of its flour milling division

The group’s flagship company, KYIVSKYI MLYN LLC, reported an 8% increase in production figures compared to the previous year. During the reporting period, the company processed over 105,000 tons of wheat and 14,000 tons of rye, with the total Ukrainian market volume standing at 1.1–1.3 million tons (according to the State Statistics Service). This was reported by the company’s press service, as reported by "Komersant Ukrainian".
“The main driver of growth in the group’s flour milling segment was investment in the re-equipment and modernization of facilities. Over the past two years, a number of digital solutions have been integrated into the quality control system, and KYIV MILL’s fleet of roller mills has been updated, ” said Konstantin Ignatenko, CEO of KYIV MILL (KYIV MILL LLC).
The company explains that its in-house analytical laboratory has become a guarantor of product consistency, ensuring a full cycle of baking evaluation: from analyzing volume yield and porosity to testing the organoleptic properties of the crumb and crust under real baking conditions. This has allowed us to minimize risks for both Ukrainian partners and customers in foreign markets.”
“In the retail segment, average monthly sales of flour under the KYIVMLIN brand reached 700 tons. Specifically, in 2025, over 2,000,000 packages of flour (2 kg each) were sold through national retail chains, and in the B2B segment—32,000 bags (50 kg each). “In total, over 83,000 tons of flour were sold in the B2B segment for the year,” the company reported.
The company noted that 66% of the volume was supplied to group enterprises for the production of goods under the KYIVHLIB brand, 30% was sold to external partners in the B2B segment, and 4% was exported. The company’s geographic reach expanded to 34 countries.
“Recognizing that success in foreign markets is impossible without a technological edge, in 2025 we invested over 360 million UAH in modernizing our production facilities. This allows us today to guarantee the highest quality and consistency of product characteristics—both for international partners and for every Ukrainian family,” noted Oleksandr Varavka, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ALVIVA GROUP.
