2 dead, 54 wounded: the consequences of the Russian attack on Kharkiv are known

Russians attacked Kharkiv with drones at night. The enemy shelled Slobodsky and Osnovyansky districts of the city. Preliminary results: two dead, 54 wounded, including 5 children. This was reported by Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports
He noted that there were 17 strikes in a short period of time. The Russians hit residential buildings, industrial and public facilities, and the city’s infrastructure from 00.31 to 00.40.
“There were direct hits to multi-storey buildings, private homes, playgrounds, businesses and public transportation. Apartments are burning, roofs are destroyed, cars are burnt out, windows are broken,” he informed.
Trolleybuses, overhead power lines, utility and industrial facilities were also damaged.
“All these are ordinary objects of peaceful life. The ones that should never be targeted. As of this moment, 54 people have been injured and 2 have died,” he emphasized.
Utilities and emergency services, volunteers are eliminating the consequences, helping the victims, restoring gas, electricity and water supply.
“We are holding on. We are helping each other. And we will definitely survive. Kharkiv is Ukraine. And it will not be broken,” Terekhov added.
