AM Summit 2025: Kyiv will host the first national summit on age management and longevity

on October 30, 2025, CEC “Parkovy” will host AM Summit 2025, the first national summit in Ukraine dedicated to Age Management, the topic of longevity and personal effectiveness. The event will bring together experts from medicine, science, defense, business, and politics to discuss how Ukrainians can stay healthy, resilient, and productive even in times of war. The organizers will donate part of the proceeds from ticket sales to the needs of Ukraine’s defenders, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.
The challenge for the country: demography and health
The full-scale war has dramatically accelerated the demographic crisis. In 2022, Ukraine was home to more than 40 million people, but now it is about 30 million. Government and expert forecasts suggest that by 2050 the population could drop to 25 million. This threatens the economy, labor market, and defense capabilities. That is why preventive medicine and age management policies are becoming increasingly important at the state level.
Voices of the participants
Robert “Magyar” Brovdi, Commander of the Unmanned Systems Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, emphasized:
“We pay a lot of attention to personnel training… But this is not enough. A person needs not only to be saved in the moment, but also to preserve his or her resources and endurance for a long time. The next step is comprehensive screenings and personalized support programs. For this to become a must-have, we need a pilot project, evaluation of the results, and scaling to all units. That is why I support this initiative and participate in AM Summit 2025.”
Anatoliy Amelin, Executive Director of the Ukrainian Institute for the Future, emphasizes the economic aspect:
“…we see a direct correlation between preventive medicine and the impact on the nation’s health, on the economy, even on the capitalization of Ukrainian business. I think many businessmen will be surprised to learn the IRR (internal rate of return) of investments in maintaining the health of their employees.”

What is Age Management?
Age Management is an approach that combines regular medical examinations, personalized recovery programs, corporate wellness policies, and disease prevention. The organizers set an ambitious goal to bring Ukraine into the top 5 long-lived nations by 2055.
Summit program
AM Summit 2025 is one day, seven sections and more than 30 speakers. The program includes public policy on longevity, corporate health, innovations in medicine and biotechnology, sports and recovery, and insurance models of prevention. The event will also present technological solutions, including NRG BOX, a personalized 28-day set of supplements created using artificial intelligence.
Among the confirmed speakers are Andriy Dligach (Advanter Group), Yevhen Shagov (AM Ecosystem), Dmytro Oleksiuk (Phoenix), Olena Boychenko (MHP), Roman Dvuhryadkin (Kyiv Rehabilitation Institute), Maxim Krippa (MK Foundation), and others.
The event is held in partnership with Dim Group, MK Foundation, Biopell Medical and Age Management System.
