An open tender for the selection of a manager for the property and corporate rights of Cryoin Engineering LLC, one of the key Ukrainian producers of inert gases, has been announced on the Prozorro platform.
This was reported by the Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA), "Komersant Ukrainian" reports

According to the agency, the company’s seized assets were transferred to the agency’s management by court order. It is an enterprise specializing in the production of high-purity gases such as neon, helium, xenon, and krypton.

What is known about the assets

The company is located in Odesa region and has a full cycle of production, packaging and transportation of gases.
“Cryoin Engineering is equipped with modern equipment and has its own research and development base, which allows it to introduce new technologies in the cryogenic industry, ARMA notes.

The assets include:

  • corporate rights of the company,
  • production equipment
  • four land plots with a total area of more than a hectare
  • two production facilities (725 and 291 square meters),
  • real estate in Odesa: 9 apartments, 2 country houses and a cottage, some of which are jointly owned.

The ARMA emphasizes that the complex is “commercially attractive and does not require additional investment,” and that potential managers may include companies operating in the field of industrial gases.

In recent months, the ARMA has intensified the process of transferring seized assets into management.
Earlier, the agency announced a tender for kaolin mining companies and held market consultations on the management of Cryoin Engineering’s assets.

Why it matters

“Before the war, Cryoin Engineering was one of the few suppliers of neon, a critical gas for the production of microchips.
After the start of Russia’s full-scale invasion, the inert gas market came under pressure: some production facilities stopped, and global companies sought new suppliers outside the region.

The transfer of assets to ARMA may determine whether Ukraine will be able to resume some of the inert gas exports needed by the global semiconductor industry.
