The National Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) has announced an open tender for the management of Romerm, which owns the assets of the Yermolino trademark, a large producer of frozen semi-finished products, reports "Komersant Ukrainian".

The plant was valued at over UAH 558 million. The company has a license to manufacture and distribute products, and is equipped with expensive German and Italian equipment.

ARMA reports that a number of difficulties had to be overcome before the tender could begin, including eliminating an environmental threat and stopping an attempted fraud with forgery of documents, which is currently under criminal investigation. Thanks to the cooperation with the Government, the Ministry of Ecology, the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection and the ARMA regional office, the company was saved and prepared for a new stage of work.

Strategic importance of the asset:

  • Potential launch of production immediately after the appointment of the receiver.
  • Possibility to create up to 1000 jobs.
  • Ensuring food security in the region.
  • Additional revenues to the local and state budgets.
  • Improvement of the socio-economic situation in the region.

Representatives of the aggressor country are not allowed to participate in the competition.

The application deadline is July 23, 2025. The auction will start on the same day at 13:12 on the Prozorro.
